Local Business Supports Robotics

Teams from all over the world compete each year in robotics challenges that require a great deal of critical thinking, teamwork, and TOOLS! One of the six Grand Strand Technology Council Initiatives, Robotics Support, provides local teams with the resources necessary to be competitive in the 'FIRST Robotics Competition.'

This year - Carver's Bay High School is going to the World Championship as the rookie team of the year.  The 12 other local teams all made our area proud of our STEM talent with their performance.  Much of this is due to community support!  Thank you to all of the following businesses and individuals that donated tools, time, money, and resources to the teams as they pushed themselves forward in their craft!
